LuxScoops Return/Refund Policy

This is a random mystery scoop shop. All purchases, including curated boxes, are sold as "mystery" boxes. By completing your purchase, you understand and agree that all sales are final and there are no refunds or returns. If any items arrive damaged, you must contact us by email within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange an exchange for the damaged items only.
